The BOSS Network is partnering with Sage, the global market leader for technology that provides small and medium businesses with the visibility, flexibility and efficiency to manage finances, operations and people, for the inaugural grant of The BOSS Impact Fund. With a $1.5 million Sage “Invest in Progress” Grant Program over the next three years, Sage and BOSS are knocking down barriers for Black women entrepreneurs. The BOSS Impact Fund supports Black women-led businesses to build scalable, growth-aggressive companies.

Knocking Down Barriers with Sage

Black women are America’s fastest-growing demographic of entrepreneurs but have also been hit the hardest by the pandemic. The BOSS Network is partnering with Sage for a three-year program to tackle inequality, provide support and guidance during the pandemic and beyond, and help Black women achieve their goals with everything that’s needed to successfully start new businesses.

How The BOSS Network is creating more opportunities for Black women

  • Business and financial coaching to help small business owners make an impact with products and services, geared toward long-term growth

  • The BOSS network, an online community of professional and entrepreneurial women, is available to help people support each other through networking, content and on and off-line engagement

  • Provide education, information, and resources to The BOSS Network members
